"We live in an old house that has been having issues with drains and septic for years. We have routinely had to have our drains snaked and septic tank pumped. Our main drain started to back up again and we had a plumber out who informed us the main septic line from our house to our tank completely collapsed. It was probably failing for years and causing most of the issues we were dealing with that no one else caught. Greeeeatttttt. We had to rip apart our deck and trench to the pipe which was completely ruined. We called a few septic companies to come give us a quote and help us figure out what to do. The whole thing was extremely stressful and not being able to use any water in the house left us very frustrated. I am so grateful we called Carlson Outdoor Services. They were the third and last company I called. Logan and his team were incredible. He answered right away and listened to me panic-ramble about a situation I barely understood. He assured me he could come out that day to give us a quote. Logan and Kai came out, assessed the situation and used a camera to show me our pipe had collapsed the rest of the way to our tank. He traced the pipe to ensure the location and gave me a beyond reasonable quote. Even better news was that he could come and do the work the next day! I felt confident about going with Carlson Outdoor which was refreshing as I usually second-guess my decisions. Logan arrived with another worker who completed the job in about three hours! They were SO friendly, ambitious, kind and professional. Everything you want in a service pro and business! They answered all 1,484,393 questions I had and took pictures of the schematics for my husband. They were extremely careful with our gas line and property. Logan even spent time afterwards explaining things about the new setup and showing me the flow from the new clean out to the tank. I appreciate that so much. We can't recommend this company enough! We plan to use Carlson Outdoor for more projects in the future without question. It is so nice to know we have someone local we can trust.
