I recently hired Carlson Outdoor Services to replace my septic drain field. The experience exceeded my expectations. Logan did what he agreed to, communicated with me as the job progressed, cleaned up the job site and did a good job of grading the yard when finished. He is conscientious and honest. I would recommend him to anyone in need of septic installation or repair.

We live in an old house that has been having issues with drains and septic for years. We have routinely had to have our drains snaked and septic tank pumped. Our main drain started to back up again and we had a plumber out who informed us the main septic line from our house to our tank completely collapsed. It was probably failing for years and causing most of the issues we were dealing with that no one else caught. Greeeeatttttt. We had to rip apart our deck and trench to the pipe which was completely ruined. We called a few septic companies to come give us a quote and help us figure out what to do. The whole thing was extremely stressful and not being able to use any water in the house left us very frustrated. I am so grateful we called Carlson Outdoor Services. They were the third and last company I called. Logan and his team were incredible. He answered right away and listened to me panic-ramble about a situation I barely understood. He assured me he could come out that day to give us a quote. Logan and Kai came out, assessed the situation and used a camera to show me our pipe had collapsed the rest of the way to our tank. He traced the pipe to ensure the location and gave me a beyond reasonable quote. Even better news was that he could come and do the work the next day! I felt confident about going with Carlson Outdoor which was refreshing as I usually second-guess my decisions. Logan arrived with another worker who completed the job in about three hours! They were SO friendly, ambitious, kind and professional. Everything you want in a service pro and business! They answered all 1,484,393 questions I had and took pictures of the schematics for my husband. They were extremely careful with our gas line and property. Logan even spent time afterwards explaining things about the new setup and showing me the flow from the new clean out to the tank. I appreciate that so much. We can't recommend this company enough! We plan to use Carlson Outdoor for more projects in the future without question. It is so nice to know we have someone local we can trust. We had had some rough experiences and this was truly one of the best! TLDR: HIGHLY recommend Carlson Outdoor Services. Logan and crew are kind, patient, friendly, professional and quick! The service was thorough and the price was very reasonable. They will treat you like family and like your business is truly important to them. Service like that is so hard to come by these days. Call them! You won't regret it.
The team was great! They came out on short notice when we had an emergency with the septic tank, diagnosed the issue, quickly got all the permits in place, contacted Miss Dig and hit the target date for the new septic tank install. Very pleased.

Carlson Outdoor Services did a wonderful job on my spring cleanup at my house. Logan and his company are great workers with very fair prices. They made the process super simple and easy to coordinate, and when they were here they were professional and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. Logan did a fantastic job in my backyard breaking and removing old concrete, laying a shiny new concrete pad, finishing the grading, and installing seed and straw. He was quick and efficient, priced the job fairly, and was responsive when calling/texting about questions. He is honest and hardworking, and I would recommend him to anyone for their outdoor service needs. My new lawn looks great!

I employed Carlson‘s to do work at two of my homes. Logan showed up in a timely manner, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. His equipment was top-notch and he was a skillful operator. Logan took on a very large and delicate project at my lake home and I was wry satisfied with the work completed. I have since recommended Logan to several of my friends to which he successfully fulfilled their needs as well. I will be using Carlson‘s Outdoor Services again.

I had Carlson Outdoor Services replace a grinder pump, and rewire my entire septic system literally on the coldest day of the year (like 2°) he was out there busting up frozen ground and enduring the elements like a rockstar, and doing it at a very reasonable price.
